... Because I needed something to move this week.
Either they didn’t understand me, or they decided to pull a prank on me:
I gotta say tough Oppo... I had never driven this car. Now, I totally understand what the hype is about.
HOLY HELL IS THAT THING FUN TO DRIVE!!!

Yep, it’s a brilliant little car.

If they have just decided to cut the lights earlier, it would have been also one of the best looking hatches of all time.

Not a huge fan of FWD though.

The more I look at it in real life, the more I like it though... It’s starting to grow on me.

I’m not either, but apart from a little torque-steer, its surprisingly neutral... It even oversteer if you push it!

Just think, maybe that was the most understated thing in the fleet at the time.
As for the FiST, I wasn’t too impressed with it when I was driving around with it in the Ecoboost Challenge. Although part of that could be the fact that I’m too portly to fit comfortably in the Recarros.

I had an bright orange Ecoboost Mustang convertible the week before, so maybe you’re right.
I’m not a tall man (although I may pack a few extra pounds) and I fit VERY snugly in the recaros, but you’re not the first I heard complaining about them. The stock seats are supposedly better for large frames.

I have seen some in real life now, but “the leaking” headlights are a thing that puts me off. Still the proportions and looking it straight on, makes it look really nice.

Haha, the color and stripes too...

I would totally use mine for moving. Made a 4000 mile road trip very fun. I even did the final leg, 1000+ miles, in a single 24 hour period. I literally drove that car non-stop besides gas and bathroom breaks for 24 hours. Still love it.

Oddly enough, I LOVED the BoostStang. That was loads of fun to drive to me. But I haven’t driven a RWD vehicle in probably 7-8 years now, not including a pickup.

Right color for the Fiesta.

Oh yeah it’s surprisingly comfy... but the problem is that I have a fridge and a queen-sized bed, among other things... I was expecting an F-150, not a FiST !

With the Pirelli P-Zero tires (yeah, P-Zeroes on a convertible...) that thing was one of the most stable thing I ever drove. Yeah, it lost the typical ‘’rear axle wobble that tries to send you in the ditch’’ that was typical of solid axle Mustangs, but it became an infinitely better handling car in the process.
I only had two gripes with it: it has noticeable lag, and it doesn’t sound right for a Pony Car (it could also be louder).

Blue is best bro

Right?
Because at that point, I gave up on subtlety.
I might find an old straight-brim cap and wear it backward for the week. It’s that kind of car.
![]() 06/29/2015 at 15:26 |

Subtle doesn’t mean bright green with stripes? Well... Oops.
![]() 06/29/2015 at 15:31 |

In a lime tree field, I would be invisible.

Or a green paintball arena.

Judging by the FoST, it’s really not noticeable except taking off from a stop. They’re frisky, tail-happy little buggers.

Instructions unclear, got FiST’ed. :D

I’m not complaining, mind you... I’ll just need to do more trips to move everything!

How many friends in high places do you have to have in order for Ford’s PR team to send you such goodness? :)

I somehow landed a writer job for my province’s biggest car media, so even though I’m a newcomer, I get to drive a lot of cool stuff!
Every non-luxury manufacturer is available, but BMW, MB, Porsche, LR, Jaguar all have Age policy so I can’t get to drive any of their stuff... I get to drive RAM trucks that are worth $90,000, but a lowly MINI would be too risky to put in my hands.

Let me rephrase that:
“Best color for the Fiesta”
![]() 06/29/2015 at 16:40 |

The only Fiesta ST here has more stickers than all of Ken Blocks outfits. It is extremely Bro-ed out.
![]() 06/29/2015 at 16:53 |

Blue is still best colour for Fiesta ST bro

Bro, I don’t know if my comment was Kinja’d.
I said: “Best color for the Fiesta”

If by kinja’d you mean “wrong”, then yes, you were kinja’d.
Performance blue is the best. It also is a total cop repellant.
![]() 06/30/2015 at 09:50 |

If by wrong you mean that the blue is wronger then yes, I agree.
![]() 06/30/2015 at 10:01 |

Blue>>>>any other colour.
![]() 06/30/2015 at 11:50 |

I see a tendency here, I don’t know about you
![]() 06/30/2015 at 12:31 |

Your argument is invalid.
![]() 06/30/2015 at 12:36 |

Why not both?
